Owner operator Rich DeMarco had been taught at a young age how to earn a good living, a trait learned best by his father who worked several jobs to provide well for his family.  At the young age of 12 Rich delivered newspapers and cut lawns for neighbors.  After high school he began working in a property maintenance position at a local apartment complex.  It turned into a 20+ year career where he ended up as head of all property maintenance and grounds keeping for 200+ units.  Rich always aspired to branch out and start a business of his own.  In 2002 he did just that when he opened RJD Property Maintenance, Inc.  It began as a simple landscaping business with a few loyal customers that he had over the years into a full service landscape company with eight full-time employees.
